Meet the venue coordinator onsite to review the space. Once the event contract is executed you will receive a list of contacts to book the additional services you need for your event.
Be sure to book any additional time you need for setup / clean up and rehearsals. You're then ready to throw an amazing event that all your guests will be sure to remember.

The below venue booking fee is only for the use of the Treasure Island Waterfront Venue facility.
DAY RATE VENUE DEPOSIT ADDITIONAL HOURS
Monday-Thursday $800.00 + Tax $500.00 $200.00 / per Hr.
Friday, Sat & Sun $1400.00 + Tax $700.00 $300.00 / per Hr.
Holidays $1900.00 + Tax $950.00 $400.00 / per Hr.
PRICING DETAILS: TIWEV is priced competitively in the market due to the event venue being affiliated with the SOS nonprofit. Additional vendor pricing is charged and under contract by the separate product or service provider. Those prices provided by TIWEV pertain to event building rental, boat charter, dock access, beach access, sea captain officiant, and ash spreading in the Gulf of Mexico. Please submit your Venue Rental Request Form to set up your consultation with the venue coordinator. Price list of services are provided during initial meeting. We are always available by phone to discuss the range of pricing for the services listed below.
